You help organizations understand where Event-Driven Architecture creates business agility and where it doesn’t. You translate enterprise strategy into architectural principles, patterns, and roadmaps that guide teams across domains. /p h3Drivers /h3 ul liSetting architectural vision and standards /li liBalancing innovation with governance /li liEnabling autonomy without losing coherence /li liDesigning scalable data and event ecosystems /li /ul h3Values /h3 ul liClarity over complexity /li liBusiness value before technical elegance /li liCollaboration across teams and domains /li liMeasurable impact through architectural decisions /li /ul h3Turnoffs /h3 ul liEnterprise ivory towers /li liFrameworks without follow-through /li liDogmatic “everything-event-driven” thinking /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou have a deep understanding of Event-Driven Architecture, not only technically but strategically: when it enables responsiveness, decoupling, and business agility and when simpler integration patterns make more sense. /p pYou can zoom out to model the entire ecosystem and zoom in to guide domain architects. You shape governance models, event catalogs, and shared patterns that let organizations scale EDA without chaos.
