By collaborating closely with Product Managers and new product introduction teams, and engaging with customers and industry groups, the position influences technical direction, shapes product requirements, and ensures Cytiva remains at the forefront of industry standards and trends.br/This position reports to the Director, Product Management
- Cell Growth and is part of the Upstream and Fluid Management team and will be an on-site role at Hoegaarden. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliProvide inter-disciplinary product leadership, overseeing process, performance, design and documentation while influencing new product requirements and industry standards. /liliSupport commercial and internal teams during customer technical discussions, contributing to requirements gathering and technical solutions. /liliAssist Product Managers in creating technical sales tools, including application notes, reports, publications, and presentations. /liliProvide thought leadership through publishing relevant industry content and keeping teams informed of trends and evolving standards. /liliPresenting to customers and users’ groups providing detailed information and generating enthusiasm for the products /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology or Biotechnology /liliLong-standing experience in cell culture development and/or manufacturing, producing protein therapeutics /liliOperated, optimized, and scaled up cell culture processes using single-use equipment, preferred experience with Xcellerex bioreactors platform(s) /liliDemonstrate strong oral and written communication skills by compiling complex technical information into clear, concise reports and presentations tailored for diverse audiences. /liliProven ability in motivating, influencing and leading global, cross-functional teams /li /ulh3Travel, Motor Vehicle Record Physical/Environment Requirements /h3ulliAbility and willingness to travel up to 20%, domestically or internationally /li /ulpCytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
