AI Enablement & Training Lead
Implementation only pays off if people use it. You upskill client teams, design the training and enablement that build real fluency, and drive the change so adoption keeps growing after Code75 hands over.
What you’ll do
- Design and run training that builds genuine AI fluency in client teams.
- Create enablement material, playbooks and internal champions.
- Drive adoption and address resistance through the change.
- Measure adoption and feed what you learn back into delivery.
What we look for
- Experience in enablement, training, change management or L&D.
- The ability to make technical capability land with non-technical people.
- Strong facilitation and communication.
- Enough AI fluency to teach it credibly.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise change programmes.
- Professional French and English.
