ph3About the Role /h3 pAs a bMaster Data Manager /b, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust master data framework across our organization. You will ensure governance, quality, compliance, and integration of all core data that drives our business processes. Acting as a key link between departments and systems, you will guarantee that our data is reliable, consistent, and compliant. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Governance Standards /h3 ul liDefine and maintain data standards (naming, coding, attribute dictionaries, ETIM/Open Data Check, CBAM/ESG). /li liOwn RACI, policies, approval workflows, and segregation of duties. /li liEstablish and lead a bData Council /b (MDM, Product, Engineering, Operations, QA). /li /ul h3Data Quality Controls /h3 ul liSet data quality rules and thresholds (completeness, uniqueness, validity, consistency, timeliness). /li liMonitor DQ dashboards, drive remediation, and conduct periodic audits. /li liOwn reference data such as units of measure and classifications. /li /ul h3Architecture Integrations /h3 ul liOwn the system-of-record map and golden record definitions. /li liOversee integrations and synchronization between PDM ↔ ERP/MES ↔ PIM/CRM. /li /ul h3Compliance Risk /h3 ul liEnsure regulatory attributes at the master data level. /li liManage access controls, retention policies, and change logs. /li liGuarantee data traceability and governance. /li /ul h3Enablement /h3 ul liDevelop training and playbooks for data creators and approvers. /li liManage service levels and escalation paths. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Data Management, or equivalent experience. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in master data management, governance, or data architecture. /li liStrong knowledge of ERP, PIM, CRM systems and integrations. /li liExcellent analytical skills and experience with data quality frameworks. /li liStrong communication skills and ability to align stakeholders. /li /ul h3What
