In this role, you'll join a small, hands‑on engineering team (2 people) where you’ll take strong ownership of our infrastructure and help drive its evolution. Our environment is mainly hosted (Combell) with a growing cloud footprint. Your mission is to stabilize, modernize, and prepare it for future cloud adoption through containerization. /ph3What are your

key responsibilities
? /h3ulliManage our Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, IIS, AD, Entra, SQL, O365) /liliOperate our hosted infrastructure (Combell) + small Azure footprint /liliDrive automation (Terraform, scripting) /liliContribute to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) /liliEnsure performance, reliability, and security /liliImprove CI/CD and monitoring /liliCollaborate closely on architecture decisions /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli5+ years in infra engineering /liliStrong Microsoft environment expertise /liliKnowledge of Terraform or automation tools /liliExperience with hosted or hybrid setups is a plus /liliInterest in containers modernization /liliOwnership mindset, able to work in a small, impactful team /li /ulh3Benefits /h3h3Pay Benefits /h3h3What's in it for you? /h3pAt OPENLANE Europe, pay is determined based on role impact, experience, skills and internal fairness. /ph3In Addition To The Base Salary, Our Package Includes /h3ulliCompany bonus /liliComprehensive benefits package depending on the country of employment /lili32 days holiday /liliOnly roles that can be performed from an alternative work location are eligible for occasional remote work.
