CNC Turner (Lathe Operator) – Opportunities in Belgium (Relocation Available)

You will work on CNC turning of custom-made, small to medium-sized components precision parts, not mass production, using modern CNC lathes (2-axis, multi-axis, and/or sliding headstock, depending on the company)

What you will do:

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines (lathes)
• Read and interpret technical drawings and turning programs
• Select and adjust cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for optimal results
• Perform in-process quality checks and precision measurements
• Ensure high-quality, precise production of custom turned parts
• Collaborate within a skilled technical production team

Who we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner / Lathe Operator
• Experience in ISO programming (Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, ...)
• Strong understanding of turning processes and tooling
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Willingness to relocate to Belgium
• We are looking for candidates who already have the legal right to work in Belgium and who do not require employer sponsorship, a work permit application, or any additional authorization procedure.
• Motivated to build a long-term career in precision manufacturing
• Minimum B2 level English (or willingness to work in a multilingual environment

• Salary range: €18.00 – €23.00 per hour
