h3About Us /h3 pFor more than 25 years, ITS Group has been a French ESN specializing in digital transformation, employing around 1,400 employees across 8 agencies in France and 1 in Belgium. /p pOur expertise: IT infrastructure operations, cloud managed services, mobility, workstations networks, strategy, consulting AMO, cybersecurity, development of business applications. /p pITS Group places its CSR commitment at the heart of its concerns by developing sustainable and responsible digital technology and by promoting the professional and personal development of its employees. /p pFind out more: /p h3About the Job /h3 pGreat assignments await you with our key account clients in rich and varied environments. /p pWe are looking for a Senior IT Resilience Disaster Recovery Officer to support the governance, coordination and monitoring of IT continuity and disaster recovery activities within a large banking environment. /p pThe consultant will ensure that critical applications comply with established continuity requirements, procedures and recovery standards. /p pThe role involves managing application continuity information, coordinating disaster recovery exercises, monitoring risk indicators and collaborating closely with Application Owners and IT stakeholders. /p pThe ideal candidate combines strong IT continuity knowledge, analytical skills, excellent organisational abilities and a proactive approach to stakeholder management. /p pThis is primarily a governance and coordination role rather than a hands-on technical infrastructure recovery position. /p h3IT Continuity Governance Process Management /h3 pEnsure proper implementation and compliance with IT continuity policies, processes and procedures. /p pUnderstand the relationships between Business Continuity, IT Resilience and Disaster Recovery processes. /p pContribute to the interpretation, maintenance and continuous improvement of continuity procedures. /p pIdentify compliance gaps and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders. /p h3Business Impact Analysis (BIA) Application Impact Analysis (AIA) /h3 pCoordinate and monitor periodic BIA and AIA reviews with Application Owners. /p pEnsure application changes are properly documented, justified and reflected in continuity documentation. /p pVerify alignment between application criticality levels and associated continuity requirements. /p pMonitor documentation completeness, accuracy and compliance with internal standards. /p h3Application Portfolio Management Data Analysis /h3 pMaintain and monitor application continuity information across a portfolio of approximately 1,600 applications. /p pManage Excel-based application portfolios, including continuity levels, changes and related information. /p pAnalyse data relationships, identify inconsistencies and ensure data quality. /p pCompare and reconcile application continuity information between Excel and ServiceNow. /p pSupport the progressive transition of continuity information and processes towards ServiceNow. /p h3Disaster Recovery Testing Exercise Coordination /h3 pPlan, coordinate and monitor application-level Disaster Recovery exercises. /p pIdentify applications requiring testing based on their criticality, previous test dates and continuity requirements. /p pProactively contact Application Owners to anticipate upcoming testing deadlines. /p pEnsure necessary change requests and exercise authorisations are properly prepared. /p pMonitor testing completion, identify overdue exercises and follow up on corrective actions. /p pSupport coordination of local and regional Disaster Recovery exercises when required. /p h3Risk Monitoring Reporting /h3 pMonitor IT continuity risk indicators and compliance dashboards. /p pIdentify critical applications that do not meet required testing frequencies. /p pTrack outstanding actions, testing deadlines and continuity-related risks. /p pContribute to reporting for IT management and relevant governance stakeholders. /p pSupport continuous improvement of monitoring and reporting processes. /p h3Continuity Documentation Runbooks /h3 pUnderstand and monitor application recovery procedures and continuity documentation. /p pEnsure recovery documentation is maintained and aligned with application requirements. /p pCollaborate with relevant teams regarding application-level Continuity Runbooks and Master Runbooks. /p pSupport documentation reviews and improvements. /p h3You have the following skills /h3 h3Must Have /h3 ul liSolid understanding of IT Service Continuity, IT Resilience and Disaster Recovery principles. /li liGood knowledge of IT continuity governance, processes and procedures. /li liUnderstanding of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Application Impact Analysis (AIA). /li liKnowledge of application criticality levels and associated continuity requirements. /li liExperience coordinating or monitoring Disaster Recovery testing activities. /li liStrong analytical skills and ability to manage
