Belgium represents a significant growth opportunity for Philips Health Systems. As Sales Leader Flanders, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Philips' market position, developing strategic customer partnerships, and building an organization that is well-positioned to capture future growth across a highly dynamic healthcare landscape. /p pbYour role /b /p ul liDrive commercial performance across the full Health Systems portfolio in Flanders, including Imaging, Image Guided Therapy (IGT), Enterprise Informatics, Monitoring, Ultrasound, and Services. While directly leading a team of Key Account Managers responsible for Imaging, IGT, and Enterprise Informatics, you are accountable for the overall Health Systems business results in the region and collaborate closely with modality-specific commercial teams for Monitoring and Ultrasound through a matrix management structure. /li liLead the commercial strategy and sales execution for Philips Health Systems in Flanders, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. /li liDevelop and strengthen relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including hospital executives, clinical leaders, procurement teams, and decision-makers across the Belgian healthcare ecosystem. /li liServe as the executive representative of Philips in the market, building trust and positioning Philips as a strategic long-term partner. /li liLead, coach, and develop a team of commercial professionals, including Key Account Managers and Sales Specialist, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. /li liBuild and execute strategic account and territory plans to increase order intake, market share, revenue, and customer loyalty. /li liPartner closely with modality sales specialists, service teams, marketing, operations, and other internal stakeholders to deliver integrated customer solutions. /li liEnsure commercial excellence through effective forecasting, pipeline management, business planning, pricing strategy, and performance tracking. /li liAct as a bridge builder across functions, aligning teams around customer needs and business objectives. /li liInspire the organization with a clear vision, resilience, and a growth mindset in an increasingly competitive healthcare market. /li /ul pbYou are the right fit if you have: /b /p pbRequired /b /p ul liStrong understanding of the Belgian healthcare market and hospital landscape with an established network within Belgian healthcare systems, particularly across radiology, cardiology, healthcare IT, and hospital leadership. /li liBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. /li li10+ years of experience in healthcare sales, strategic account management, or commercial leadership. /li liProven success leading commercial teams and delivering business growth within complex healthcare environments. /li liFluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus). /li liDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, clinical leaders, and procurement decision-makers. /li liExperience selling complex healthcare solutions through consultative and value-based sales approaches. /li liStrong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, territory planning, contract negotiations, and pipeline management. /li liExperience working effectively in matrix organizations and leading cross-functional collaboration. /li liOutstanding communication, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. /li /ul pbHow we work together /bbr/We believe that we are better together than apart.br/Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. /p pbCompensation benefits /b /p pDoing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €72,470.94-€126,634.72. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. /p pThis role is eligible for bonus, with your rewards linked to individual performance and company results.
