- The Role /h3 ul libStrengthen the security framework /b by developing and improving information security policies, procedures and internal controls. /li libManage risks and compliance /b by identifying vulnerabilities, assessing security risks and supporting remediation plans. /li libDrive governance initiatives /b related to security standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practices. /li libSupport security awareness /b by promoting a strong security culture across the organisation. /li libMonitor and report on security performance /b, preparing recommendations and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders. /li libGrow into a leadership role /b by progressively taking ownership of security initiatives and contributing to the organisation's long-term security strategy. /li /ul h3Information Security Officer
- The Profile /h3 ul liExperience in binformation security, cybersecurity, IT risk or security governance /b. /li liGood understanding of bsecurity frameworks and standards /b, ideally including ISO 27001. /li liKnowledge of brisk assessments, compliance, policies and security controls /b. /li liAbility to translate technical security topics into bclear, practical recommendations /b for different stakeholders. /li liA proactive mindset, strong analytical skills and the ambition to bgrow professionally and take on more responsibility /b. /li liFluency in bEnglish and Dutch /b, French considered an asset. /li /ul h3Information Security Officer
