Full stack Developer

pWe currently have a vacancy for a bFull stack Developer (Java) /b fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based bremotely (within EU) /b. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site. /p pbTasks: /b /p ul liDevelopment of back-end website applications; /li liApply secure development practices, including input validation, authentication and authorisation, secrets management, dependency management, protection against common web vulnerabilities, secure logging, and appropriate handling of sensitive data; /li liDesign responsive applications and develop APIs, both REST and SOAP; /li liWriting clean, functional code on the front
- and back-end; /li liWrite automated unit, integration and where appropriate end-to-end tests; /li liUse application monitoring, structured logging and tracing to diagnose production and non-production issues; /li liDiagnose application, database, integration and performance issues across the full stack; /li liDesign applications with appropriate consideration for security, maintainability, observability, scalability and performance; /li liCompile and analyse data, processes, configuration, dependencies and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement; /li liPerform unit/integration testing, debug, fix, and validate code changes; /li liDevelop and maintain features across the entire stack, from designing user interfaces and consuming APIs to implementing server-side business logic and database interactions. /li /ul ul liUniversity degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of at least 12 years; /li liAt least 7 years of professional software development experience; /li liAt least 5 years of recent hands-on experience developing Java applications with IoC frameworks such as Spring; /li liAt least 5 years of recent experience with relational databases and SQL; /li liAt least 2 years of recent hands-on experience with a modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework such as Angular; /li liDemonstrated experience developing and integrating REST APIs; /li liDemonstrated experience with CI/CD, Docker and cloud/container-based deployment; /li liAt least 2 years of recent experience in which they personally performed full-stack development covering all the elements components above simultaneously; /li liProven practical experience working within Agile/Scrum or comparable software development methodologies; /li liExcellent command of the English language. /li /ul pWe offer a competitive remuneration (either on contract basis or remuneration with full benefits package), based on qualifications and experience.
