We are looking for a CQV Engineer in Geel to support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for For a fast-track project of > $400M. The role focuses on ensuring that systems, equipment, and processes are installed, commissioned, and qualified according to industry standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and document commissioning, qualification, and validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and project managers to ensure smooth handover from installation to operational readiness.
- Identify and resolve issues during commissioning and qualification phases.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in C&Q procedures and documentation.
- Provide guidance and training for junior team members when required.
Your Profile
- Technical background in chemical, mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering.
- Experience in leading CQV projects.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is not required).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a project team.
