IT and Cyber Control and Compliance Officer

h3Mission Overview: /h3 pThe IT and Cyber Control Compliance Officer role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to deliver expertise and value on client projects, working within their Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team to support IT and Business Units in defining, implementing, and maintaining IT and Information Security Management Systems. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDeploy ICT Controls, including analysis, identification, and design of controls. /li liCoordinate and monitor the execution of ICT controls. /li liAssure the quality, completeness, and adequacy of provided evidence. /li liTest the effectiveness of controls and advise on remediation. /li liReport results of ICT controls to management and stakeholders, including Internal Audit. /li liFollow up on remediation actions related to these controls. /li liContribute to creating and updating processes and procedures. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in IT, science, or engineering, with a strong ICT control background or proven equivalent experience/skills; or Audit certification in ICT Audit/ICT controls. /li liPreferable certifications: ISO27k series, CISA, CISSP, or similar. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in Information Security and IT Process Controls management. /li li5 years of experience in IT and Security controls. /li liKnowledge of IT/Security procedures and standards. /li liExperience in metrics definition and dashboarding. /li liExperience in designing and implementing ICT process controls. /li liSkills in coordination and collaboration with different teams and external resources. /li liExperience with regulatory requirements, ISO/IEC standards (e.g. 27001), laws and regulations (CHAPS, CIS, ANSSI). /li liProject management/coordination skills and knowledge of Agile methodology (preferable). /liliAbility to understand end-to-end ICT process flows and control needs. /li liAbility to explain ICT needs/controls to business stakeholders. /li liExperience in drafting reports, memos, and presentations for senior management. /li liExperience in banking environment (preferable). /li liPro-active attitude, ability to deliver within deadlines, prioritize, strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, ability to challenge, produce structured and concise documents, excellent English writing skills, and ability to work in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment as a team player. /li liLanguage
