We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer for a modern manufacturing company specializing in high-precision plastic components. This is a long-term opportunity for professionals who want to build their career in Belgium.

Your Responsibilities

• Programming 5-axis CNC milling machines using TopSolid CAM
• Creating and optimizing CNC programs
• Setting up and launching new products into production
• Programming and machining molds and tooling
• Performing quality controls and preparing inspection reports
• Analyzing and improving machining processes
• Working closely with engineering and production departments
• Ensuring quality and production standards are met

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a CNC programming role
• Experience with 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Experience with TopSolid CAM or similar CAM software
• Excellent knowledge of Siemens Sinumerik or Heidenhain controls
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with tooling, molds, and precision machining
• Strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level)
• Ability to work independently and accurately
• European Union citizenship required

• 5-axis machining
