Finance Transformation Manager – Your Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CFO, driving strategic programmes: setting goals and milestones, tracking progress and correcting course when needed
- Design the frameworks that shape how the group budgets and monitors financial performance
- Rethink and digitalise finance processes to make services faster, leaner and more effective across the network
- Lead or support cross-functional projects with HR, Procurement and IT alongside senior finance leaders
- Build the future finance team through succession planning and training programmes
Finance Transformation Manager – Your Requirements
- 3+ years in a top-tier strategy consulting, audit or transaction services firm, with hands-on experience in finance transformation, M&A or systems deployment
- Fluent English. French and/or Dutch is a strong plus
- Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Engineering
Finance Transformation Manager – The Offer
- Up to €110,000 gross per year, a package that reflects the strategic weight of the role
- Up to 10% annual bonus, rewarding the results you deliver
