We're looking for a Managing Advisor to join Sander in Brussels : someone who can run their own desk, develop junior talent and help build the next chapter of our growth story.
Your MissionYou're not just a senior consultant. You're the reference point for your team : commercially sharp, results-driven and genuinely invested in the people around you.
As a Business ManagerRun your own 360 desk : client development, headhunting and closingBuild and grow a client portfolio through cold calling, networking and long-term nurturingManage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to signed contractHit your personal billing targets consistentlyAs a Team LeadCoach, mentor and develop junior and medior consultants on a daily basisSupport your team on client meetings, candidate assessments and deal negotiationsCreate an environment where people perform at their best and grow fastContribute to hiring decisions and onboarding of new team membersParticipate in Sander's commercial strategy in BrusselsYour ProfileMinimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, agency-sideStrong personal billing track record : you know what performance looks likeNatural leader : people follow you because they want to, not because they have toEntrepreneurial mindset : you take ownership and you make things happenBilingual French & English (mandatory), Dutch is a plusBased in Belgium (mandatory)Bachelor's degree minimumReady to grow both a desk and a team simultaneouslyOfferCompetitive salary package evolving with your personal and team resultsUncapped personal commission plan + team performance bonusCompany car or mobility budget + fuel cardMeal vouchers, health insurance & net expenses1 remote day per week once autonomousTailored leadership development pathIncentive trips : Barcelona, Marrakech, Miami, Val Thorens ðA real leadership role in a fast-growing, meritocratic agency
