key responsibilities
- Preparation: Gathering and verifying all required parts and materials based on welding blueprints and technical drawings.
- Assembly: Accurately assembling and positioning machine parts into the welding jig, including precise dimensional checks.
- Tack Welding: Securing and tack-welding parts inside the jig to ensure structural stability before final welding.
- Welding & Finishing: Performing precision welding on machinery components and grinding/finishing welds where necessary to ensure a clean appearance.
- Organization & Administration: Stacking welded parts neatly and systematically logging hours and production counts.

- Welding Expertise: Proven hands-on welding experience with strong technical skills.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and schematics independently.
