Joining act digital means becoming part of an agile and committed organization that works closely with its clients to turn ideas into concrete results, with pragmatism and high standards. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liParticipate in Program Increment preparation by conducting feature intakes. /li liDesign and architect scalable, resilient data solutions incorporating data products and data integration components. /li liCreate detailed technical specifications, architecture diagrams and implementation roadmaps. /li liSupport product owners and scrum master with architectural guidance. /li liGuide teams through technical challenges and architectural decisions. /li liEvaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms and tools. /li liGuard data quality, security and compliance requirements. /li liOptimize existing architectures for performance, cost and maintainability. /li liEnsure alignment between solutions, data management and enterprise architecture standards. /li /ul h3Profile / Requirements /h3 pWhat profile are we looking for this position: /p h3Must-have skills /h3 ul liExperience in solution architecture (or similar role) of data solutions. /li liExperience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data solutions. /li liProven experience in delivering data solutions. /li liExperience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. /li liGood knowledge of cloud data platforms and AWS. /li liExperience with modern BI tools and visualization platforms. /li liProficiency in data modelling and database design. /li liKnowledge of data integration patterns and ETL/ELT processes. /li liFamiliarity with data governance, data management processes and security frameworks. /li liStrong communication and presentation skills. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities /li liAbility to manage competing priorities and deadlines. /li /ul h3nice to have /h3 pExperience with, notions of or profound interest in: /p ul liData Warehousing Data lakes: Snowflake, Apache Iceberg or similar /li liReal-time and batch processing /li liBI Tools: Power BI, Qlik or similar /li liAI/ML Frameworks: MLFlow, Sagemaker, ... or similar /li liGenAI architectures and components (e.g. Vector stores) /li liVersion Control Systems (Git) /li liCI/CD pipelines /li liInfrastructure as Code /li liData modeling tools /li liContainer orchestration (Kubernetes) /li /ul /p
