We're hiring: Commercial Manager | Belgium
Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting new business opportunities and turning conversations into real growth?
For one of our clients — a leading organisation in the travel, hospitality and holiday rental industry — we're looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join the team in Belgium.
Location: West Flanders & Limburg
This role is a great fit for someone who knows how to build strong partnerships, manage key accounts and take ownership of commercial growth across different regions.
What will you be doing?
You'll have a real commercial role, with plenty of room to make an impact:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals
- Drive revenue growth and work towards ambitious targets
- Manage accounts across multiple regions
- Keep the sales pipeline organised and up to date through CRM
- Work closely with different stakeholders to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone with:
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Sales or Account Management
- A strong track record of delivering revenue and growth targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing customers or business across multiple regions
- Good knowledge of CRM and sales pipeline management
- Experience in travel, hospitality, holiday rentals or a similar industry is a big plus
- Fluent Flemish/Dutch or at least B2 level
- A Bachelor's degree (postgraduate or Master's is a plus)
- A valid driving licence
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is commercially driven, relationship-oriented and comfortable taking ownership.
