Job Description

A pharmaceutical production site in Belgium is preparing a critical stability program — and needs a hands-on expert to make sure the right raw materials are validated and ready in time. If you enjoy bridging quality, analytical and manufacturing teams to turn complex technical discussions into concrete GMP deliverables, this mission was made for you.

Your Responsibilities

As Raw Material Integration Specialist , you will coordinate the introduction of around ten new raw materials into an industrial GMP environment. Concretely, you will:

Liaise with quality, analytical, sterility and receiving inspection experts to gather and consolidate technical requirements
Translate cross-functional input into clear, finalized and applicable raw material specifications
Track actions through to completion, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Act as the operational link between R&D and manufacturing to close existing process gaps
Support the site in meeting a tight deadline ahead of upcoming stability batches.

Your Profile

You hold a Master or Bachelor degree in chemistry, process engineering, or a related life sciences field
You have a minimum of 3 year's experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment
You have a solid understanding of chemical or manufacturing processes, including raw material qualification or transfer
You are comfortable structuring technical information gathered from multiple stakeholders (quality, analytical, production)
You are autonomous, pragmatic and results-driven, with strong cross-functional communication skills
Based in Belgium and available on-site.
