SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
My client is a Belgian company specializing in the food production over more than 50 countries around the world
SENIOR ACCOUNTANTAs a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for end-to-end accounting within an international environment, working closely with the CFO and managing complex projects.
The key responsibilities are:
- Full-cycle accounting (A-Z), including monthly closings and tax declarations (VAT, Intrastat, etc.)
- Ensure accurate processing of supplier invoices and coordinate with internal teams
- Oversee the approval process for purchase invoices and follow up on supplier reminders
- Assist with financial audits, statutory accounts, and tax filings
- Work across multiple accounting standards (BE GAAP, UK GAAP, IT GAAP, GERM GAAP)
- Take the lead in complex accounting projects within a fast-paced, international setting
- Use SAP for daily accounting operations and reporting.
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
The profile I'm looking for:
- You have a diploma or master in Accounting Finance
- You have a proven experience of at least 5 years in Accounting
- A background in Audit is appreciated
- You have an experience in international environment
- You are fluent in Dutch, French & English
- You have a good knowledge of SAP
- You have a strong analytic mind and you're solution-oriented
