ph3PMO / Delivery Manager – IS Transformation /h3 pProUnity acts as the single point of contact (SPOC) for this mission. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the delivery of IS initiatives. /li liSupport the operational implementation of ExCom priorities into concrete IS initiatives and projects, with clear scopes aligned with Business and IS stakeholders. /li liEnsure overall management of the delivery of critical IS development initiatives (scope, planning, dependencies, risks, capacities). /li liEnsure synchronization between critical projects and run activities impacted by these projects. /li liMonitor the progress of deliverables, identify alerts and propose corrective actions in case of deviation. /li liSupport PMs and the CIO Office in evaluating prioritized requests in terms of value, impacts, dependencies and delivery capacity. /li liCoordinate the planning of IS resources (internal and external) for critical projects in conjunction with area managers. /li liAssist project managers in identifying blocking points and finding solutions with IS management. /li liSupport departments and projects in applying key management processes such as sourcing procurement management, vendor management, scope management, stakeholder management, risk management, planning management, budget management, etc. /li liProvide qualitative reporting to IS management and governance bodies (Boards, SteerCo, ExCom, program committees). /li liContribute to the alignment of project practices, methodologies, standards, and tools within the IS department. /li liLeverage feedback on critical projects, support the PMO Office in proposing and implementing measures to improve application of project methodologies. /li liFacilitate cross‑functional cooperation between IS teams, external partners, and business lines. /li liServe as a PMO/Delivery reference point for critical and structuring initiatives. /li /ul h3Cross‑Functional Partners /h3 ul liIS domain managers /li liProject managers and delivery leads /li liExternal partners /li liBusiness stakeholders /li liThe CIO office and the PMO IS /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFrench or Dutch: excellent /li liSecond language (French or Dutch): very good /li liEnglish: good /li /ul h3Additional information /h3 pThe mission can be renewed for a maximum duration of 880 working days. /p h3Required Skills /h3 pAlignment IT/Business, Human Change Management, IT Project Experience, Mentoring project managers, Strategic Management Consulting /p /p
