NET Tech Lead /b, you will take technical ownership of our .
NET backend, shaping its architecture and engineering standards while remaining hands-on in the code. You will lead technical decisions, tackle complex engineering challenges, and mentor the team to build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software. /p pbWhat do you do? /b /p ul liTake technical ownership of our b.

NET/C# /b. /li liA Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. /li liExperience taking technical ownership of backend systems and driving architectural and design decisions. /li liA track record of mentoring engineers, leading code reviews, and raising engineering standards within a team. /li liExperience building and evolving large, complex systems with high availability, scalability, and performance requirements. /li liStrong experience with relational databases and cloud platforms. /li liFamiliarity with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices. /li liStrong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, secure coding practices (OWASP), automated testing, and maintainable software design. /li /ul
