Responsibilities:
/h3 /brul /brliAnalyze and interpret business requirements from Reinsurance stakeholders (e.g., Underwriting, Claims, Accounting) and translate them into effective SAP FS-RI solutions. /li /brliDesign system solutions based on the requirements. /li /brliDiscuss and agree on the solution setup with business stakeholders. /li /brliPerform system configuration across all core FS-RI components, including: /li /brul /brliBasic system settings (Company Codes, Currencies, etc.). /li /brliTreaty management (Treaty Master, Coverage, Shares). /li /brliAssumed and Ceded reinsurance setup. /li /brliBordereaux processing and accounting rules. /li /brliLoss and Reserve processing. /li /brliConfiguration of sub-ledger functionalities and interfaces to SAP FICO/GL. /li /br /ul /brliDesign and document functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF). /li /brliConduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). /li /brliProvide third-level support for complex incidents and problem resolution. /li /br /ul /brh3Required Qualifications
Experience:
/h3 /brul /brliDeep knowledge of Reinsurance Business Processes (Proportional, Non-Proportional, Facultative). /li /brliExpert configuration skills in SAP FS-RI. /li /brliStrong understanding of integration points with SAP FICO, FS-CD, and SAP ECC/S/4HANA. /li /brliExcellent business analysis and requirements gathering skills. /li /brliExcellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. /li /brliStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. /li /brliAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. /li /br /ul /brh3Experience: /h3 /brul /brliMinimum of 3+ years of dedicated reinsurance business experience. /li /brliMinimum of 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience with the SAP FS-RI reinsurance solution. /li /brliExperience as Functional FS-RI Consultant (Configuration). /li /br /ul /brh3Language: /h3 /brul /brliGood English. /li /brliNice to have French. /li /br /ul /brh3Duration: /h3 /brpAs soon as possible
