YOUR MISSION As a
Salesforce Architect,
you take
technical ownership
of the
Salesforce Service Cloud implementation
within the global CRM ecosystem:
You establish the
architectural framework
for customer service and CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform You
define scalable solution
designs, data models, integration patterns and governance standards You ensure
business capabilities
are
delivered
consistently
with
maximum platform
value , maintainability and user adoption You align with programme architects and other service architects, helping teams translate the architecture vision into concrete designs You promote
best practices
around security, integration, data modeling and compliance You contribute to the
Architecture Community
of
Practice
such as standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing
YOUR PROFILE You have at least
3 years
of experience as an
Salesforce Architect
in an international, corporate environment. You have a Service Cloud Consultant, Admin, App Builder and/or Platform Developer certifications. You have experience with integration design, event-driven architecture, and secure data modeling You have strong
stakeholder management
skills You are
proactive , eager to learn, and actively seek out information in complex, fast-evolving environments You communicate fluently in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
