YOUR MISSION
As a Salesforce Architect, you take technical ownership of the Salesforce Service Cloud implementation within the global CRM ecosystem:
- You establish the architectural framework for customer service and CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform
- You define scalable solution designs, data models, integration patterns and governance standards
- You ensure business capabilities are delivered consistently with maximum platform value, maintainability and user adoption
- You align with programme architects and other service architects, helping teams translate the architecture vision into concrete designs
- You promote best practices around security, integration, data modeling and compliance
- You contribute to the Architecture Community of Practice such as standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing
YOUR PROFILE
- You have at least 3 years of experience as an Salesforce Architect in an international, corporate environment.
- You have a Service Cloud Consultant, Admin, App Builder and/or Platform Developer certifications.
- You have experience with integration design, event-driven architecture, and secure data modeling
- You have strong stakeholder management skills
- You are proactive, eager to learn, and actively seek out information in complex, fast-evolving environments
- You communicate fluently in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
