Coordinate and steer strategic cross-team initiatives within the Platform Engineering area to speed up application delivery while preserving security, consistency and operational robustness. Key responsibilities cover shaping security direction, supporting public cloud uptake, driving CI/CD adoption, enabling developer self-service and managing the catalogue of platform services.

Preferred Qualifications:
- PRINCE2 credential or equivalent project management certification
- ITIL credential or equivalent IT service management certification
- Demonstrable track record delivering complex programmes that span multiple technical teams
What will you do?
- Lead multi-team projects and programmes across Platform Engineering to achieve outcomes that match divisional objectives and timelines.
- Orchestrate inputs and interdependencies among engineering squads, service owners, architects and leaders to keep initiatives coherent.
- Maintain project plans, log risks, actions and decisions, and coordinate escalation and mitigation when issues arise.
- Create and deliver consolidated progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting roadmaps and key performance indicators.
- Develop, maintain and follow through on roadmaps relating to platform security, cloud adoption, CI/CD rollout and the platform services portfolio.
- Act as a communication hub between technical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure initiatives comply with strategic and governance expectations.
