Process Equipment Engineer

As a Process Project Engineer, you will support the execution of engineering projects and process improvements across the manufacturing site. Working within a self-managing project team, you will contribute technical expertise while gaining exposure to a broad portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of process engineering and capital projects.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and engineering assessments.
• Participate in project planning, implementation, commissioning, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Analyze process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP.
• Strong knowledge of process equipment.
• Initial experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and grow within a project-based environment.
