ph3TASKS /h3 ul liCreate business architecture models that reflect the European Health Data Space strategies and goals, with the use of the Enterprise Architect. /li li(Essential) Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities. /li li(Essential) Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance. /li li(Essential) Propose and investigate the architecture components solutions which could meet the business architecture needs. /li li(Essential) Put in place architecture blueprints, practical integration steps and propose test approaches to verify adequate integration and smooth operation of the different components. /li liIdentify ways to reduce costs in IT and business leadership. /li liEvaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities. /li liConduct research to find ways to improve operations. /li liCreate and implement a business vision and multi-year plan. /li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /h3 ul liExperience defining and implementing strategies under a CIO or equivalent. /li liAbility to combine many different skills and experiences to address and solve business, information, and technology related opportunities and problems. /li liExtensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals. /li liCommunications skills, both verbal (presentations), and written (reports). /li liAbility to apply high quality standards. /li liAnalysis and design. /li liModelling and graphical representations and abstractions. /li liAbility to understand, speak and write English B2. /li liCapability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team. /li liHigh degree of discretion and integrity is required as the applications managed and maintained in SANTE.
R.4 contain personal and confidential data. /li /ul h3SPECIFIC EXPERTISE /h3 ul liAt least 8 years of specific expertise in:br/enterprise architecture frameworks such as Zachman, TOGAF, COBIT, and actual experience developing and building models based on such framework. /li liAt least 10 years of specific expertise in:br/enterprise architecture notations such as ArchiMate, BPMN, or UML. /li liAt least 8 years of specific expertise in:br/enterprise architecture tools such as Enterprise Architect. /li liAt least 5 years of specific expertise in:br/working with Confluence and Jira. /li liAt least 2 years of specific expertise in:br/digital health systems. /li /ul /p
