Our client, a global player in materials technology and recycling, is looking for a professional to strengthen their asset management team. This role focuses on the creation and continuous improvement of multi-year maintenance plans for industrial structures and building assets to ensure long-term structural reliability and safety.
Develop tactical plans for the structural reliability, safety, and lifetime of civil and building assets.
Manage and optimize multi-year maintenance strategies for various industrial structures.
Analyze asset issues and operational opportunities to translate risks into concrete maintenance strategies.
Perform root cause analyses for structural deficiencies and interpret degradation data to formulate mitigation measures.
Coordinate small-scale civil improvement projects, including scope definition, planning, and budget management.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and provide technical direction to contractors and inspection partners.
Master’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
You have 3+ years of experience in civil or structural inspections, degradation analysis, and asset management in an industrial environment.
You bring strong technical knowledge of industrial structures and experience interpreting RBI data and applying RCA methodologies.
You possess experience in project coordination and managing external parties such as contractors and inspection partners.
You're an analytical problem-solver with the communication skills to align technical findings with operational stakeholders.
You are fluent in English and Dutch.
Nice to HavesExperience with EAM systems, DMS platforms, and predictive analysis tools.
Knowledge of ISO 55000, SEVESO, and Eurocode standards.
Willingness to obtain VCA certification.
