ppWe're looking for an experienced ICT Strategy Enterprise Architecture Consultant to support our client in defining the future vision for a large-scale ICT operating model transformation. This strategic assignment focuses on assessing the current IT organization, evaluating multiple future operating models, and designing a roadmap towards a sustainable, scalable, and efficient ICT service delivery model. You'll work with senior stakeholders to ensure business continuity while balancing governance, shared services, organizational autonomy, and long-term digital ambitions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform a comprehensive assessment of the current ICT organization, operating model, governance, and service delivery landscape. /li liDevelop and evaluate multiple future-state scenarios, including clear analyses of advantages, disadvantages, risks, costs, organizational impact, and business continuity considerations. /li liDesign the target enterprise architecture and define a strategic roadmap for the selected transformation scenario. /li liAssess the impact of each scenario on organizational capabilities, critical competencies, budgets, governance, and operational effectiveness. /li liDefine a future governance model with clear roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes, and accountability across all stakeholders. /li liBenchmark comparable shared service organizations and public sector operating models, identifying best practices and lessons learned. /li liDevelop a strategic vision for shared services, including governance, service ownership, funding models, service level agreements, and performance reporting. /li liDefine the optimal distribution of ICT services across organizational levels, balancing centralized and decentralized responsibilities. /li liInventory and prioritize strategic ICT initiatives, identifying projects that should be accelerated, reoriented, or postponed to support the future operating model. /li liProvide recommendations on data management, integration capabilities, knowledge transfer, and long-term organizational resilience throughout the transformation. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liExtensive experience in ICT strategy, enterprise architecture, or large-scale organizational transformation programs. /li liProven expertise in designing ICT operating models, shared service organizations, and governance frameworks within complex enterprise environments. /li liStrong background in enterprise architecture, business transformation, and strategic roadmap development. /li liExperience performing scenario analyses, business capability assessments, and organizational impact evaluations. /li liExcellent understanding of ICT governance, service management, sourcing strategies, and organizational design. /li liExperience facilitating workshops and engaging executive stakeholders to build consensus around strategic decisions. /li liStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable recommendations. /li liExperience within large public sector or highly regulated organizations is considered a strong asset. /li /ul h3Deliverables /h3 ul liAssessment of the current ICT organization and operating model. /li liComparative scenario analysis with strategic recommendations. /li liTarget enterprise architecture for the future operating model. /li liShared services vision, governance framework, and service definition. /li liStrategic vision for service distribution and organizational responsibilities. /li liGovernance model and implementation roadmap aligned with the selected scenario. /li liPrioritized portfolio of ICT initiatives, including projects to accelerate, reorient, or defer. /li liRecommendations to safeguard critical competencies, strengthen collaboration, and ensure sustainable ICT service delivery throughout the transformation. /li /ul h3Contactperson Reference /h3 ul liReference #: INW27033 /li liMarilyn Weytens /li /ul /p
