About the position
As Finance & Business Controller, you report directly to the Head of Financeand act as a trusted business partner to Operations, Franchisees, and Central Functions.
You play a key role in translating financial data intoclear, actionable insights that drive performance and value creation across our network of company-operated and franchised restaurants.
This position offers broad exposure to senior stakeholders, direct interaction with franchise partners, and a high level of autonomy and ownership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver weekly and monthly executive reporting with clear, decision-oriented insights
- Providead hoc financial analyses and presentations to support strategic initiatives
- Contribute toforecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning, focusing on key business drivers
- Monitor and challenge performance acrosscash flow, working capital, capex, and profitability
- Safeguardfinancial accuracy, data integrity, and governance
- Improvereporting tools and processes to enhance reliability and efficiency
- Partner withfranchisees on benchmarking, audits, and profitability reviews
What do you bring
Master’s degree in Finance and 5+ years of experience in finance or consulting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data intoactionable business insights
Solid foundation in financial control, accuracy, and governance
Advanced Excel skills; SAP is an asset
Proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable with autonomy and ownership
Strong stakeholder skills, able to challenge constructively
Well‑organized, resilient, and effective under pressure
