Key Responsibilities
Fine-tuning the standard costing methodology for COGS and logistics based on the existing high-level designConfigure the model in ERP (Odoo): cost elements, bills of material, cost rates, cost updatesDocument the methodology and the new processes for finance and operationsTrain the finance and operations teams on the new model and its monthly useRoll out the model into the monthly cycle: standard vs actual variance analysis (price, usage, volume, mix)Support inventory valuation under the new standard costs and reconcile with the accounting viewSkills:Strong controlling experience, with production/supply chain/industrial exposure in a physical-product environment (F&B or FMCG a strong plus)Hands-on standard costing experience, BOM-based cost models, price/usage/volume/mix variance analysisERP fluency, advanced Excel and financial modellingImmediately operational, works independentlyFluent English (Dutch or French a major plus)Strong stakeholder collaborator across CFO, Business Controller, Operations and Supply Chain
