Description de la fonctionWhat will you do?
- Greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer phone calls and emails, and redirect them as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Oversee office supplies and equipment management
- Organize and coordinate internal meetings and events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common workspaces
- Assist the management team with various administrative tasks
- Manage general services: liaise with service providers, monitor contracts, etc.
Who are you?
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, management tools)
- Good time management and problem-solving skills
- Versatility and flexibility
- Degree in administration, management, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Positive and proactive attitude
