This is the role for you We are seeking a dynamic professional, committed to learn fast and deliver high level technical training and support clinical educations programs and events, drive competitive readiness across our organization. In this role, you will be part of an organization that has made the implementation of robotic surgery a strategic priority and is committed to making it a success, while always placing patient safety at the forefront. This role is open for people based near Strasbourg (France) or Gent (Belgium) or willing to travel 75% of their time to the training centres. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliYou will be responsible for delivering education and training on the Medtronic Robotic Surgical Technologies solutions. /liliYour role will involve delivering technical training and actively supporting laboratory sessions and hands‑on workshops /liliYou will apply a structured teaching methodology to assess the efficiency and safety levels of your trainees /liliCollaborate and interact with the Sales and Clinical teams, Medical Affairs colleagues and surgical proctors to properly prepare and set the expectations of the training programs /liliYou will be supported in your learning journey to acquire the needed knowledge, and we count on your initiative, proactivity, drive and energy to get there /liliYou will be expected to master the ecosystem surrounding robotic surgery, including a solid understanding of surgical equipment and instruments, as well as the supporting digital infrastructure /liliDevelop expertise in the following: RAS System Technology, RAS System applications and advanced technology, OR Efficiency, Training Pathway process, Training/coaching techniques/methodologies /li /ulh3Required Knowledge and Experience /h3ulliYou will need a bachelor’s degree. Experience in training, field sales, sales support, clinical or technical role in the medical device or healthcare industry is strongly appreciated. /liliFluency in English.
