This includes establishing appropriate governance practices and ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements, including the bEU AI Act /b. /p /brh3YOUR MISSION /h3 /brpAs a bSenior Data Science AI Expert /b, you will act as a senior technical and functional reference for advanced Data Science and Artificial Intelligence initiatives. /p /brpYou will lead Data Science and AI use cases throughout their complete lifecycle, from initial business scoping and value assessment through development, operational deployment, adoption, and performance monitoring. /p /brpYou will also provide hands-on expertise, guidance, advice, and coaching to strengthen the capabilities of the wider Data AI team. /p /brpWorking closely with business stakeholders as well as Data and IT teams, you will challenge requirements, assess feasibility and expected value, and develop or supervise the delivery of robust and scalable solutions. /p /brpYou will also play a key role in defining, structuring, and implementing our client's benterprise-wide AI governance framework /b. You will help ensure that AI initiatives are consistently identified, assessed, approved, monitored, and managed with regard to business value, investment, risk, and regulatory compliance. /p /brh3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 /brpLead Data Science AI initiatives /p /brul /brliLead Data Science and AI use cases across their full lifecycle, from business scoping and value assessment to development, deployment, adoption, and performance monitoring. /li /brliChallenge business requirements, assess technical and business feasibility, define success criteria, and provide clear recommendations to support prioritization and investment decisions. /li /brliDevelop advanced analytics, Machine Learning, and generative AI solutions, or supervise their delivery when other team members or external partners are involved. /li /brliCoordinate business, Data, and IT stakeholders, while managing the risks, dependencies, and decisions required to move use cases forward. /li /br /ul /brh3Act as the senior technical expert /h3 /brul /brliProvide hands-on guidance, review the work delivered by team members, and coach less experienced colleagues to strengthen their Data Science and AI capabilities. /li /brliDefine and promote robust technical practices and standards. /li /brliAdvise business stakeholders and management on AI opportunities, limitations, implementation approaches, and technology choices. /li /br /ul /brh3Define and implement AI governance /h3 /brul /brliLead the definition and implementation of our client's enterprise-wide AI governance framework, in line with internal standards, responsible AI principles, and the requirements of the bEU AI Act /b. /li /brliEstablish practical processes to identify and assess AI initiatives, validate implementations, support investment decisions, track expected and realized value, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization. /li /br /ul /brh3YOUR PROFILE /h3 /brul /brliYou hold a university degree in a quantitative or technical field, or have equivalent professional experience. /li /brliYou have at least b7 years of experience /b in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence, including end-to-end delivery of solutions from business scoping through production and monitoring. /li /brliYou combine strong hands-on expertise in bPython, SQL, Machine Learning, and generative AI /b with a solid understanding of industrialization and bMLOps /b. /li /brliYou have acted as a senior technical reference, providing guidance, reviewing work, and coaching less experienced team members. /li /brliYou are able to challenge business needs, assess value and feasibility, and translate complex technical topics into clear recommendations for business stakeholders and management. /li /brliYou have a good understanding of benterprise-wide AI governance /b and the ability to help establish a framework to identify, assess, ap
