Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the purchasing department. Process and manage purchasing activities and transactions in SAP MM . Ensure accurate, timely and compliant processing of procurement activities. Support colleagues by identifying issues, analysing them and proposing solutions. Handle purchasing files and gradually take responsibility for procurement dossiers. Work closely with the Head of Purchasing and the wider team. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and public procurement legislation . Must-Have: 3+ years of experience as a Public Procurement Buyer. 3+ years of SAP Purchasing / MM experience. 3+ years of experience in a technical sector. Strong knowledge of Belgian public procurement legislation . Higher
education:
Bachelor or Master . Experience with purchasing dossiers. Dutch C2/native-level proficiency. Key Profile: A structured and accurate Medior Procurement Specialist with strong SAP MM and public procurement experience , capable of providing hands-on administrative support while progressively taking ownership of purchasing dossiers.
