We are currently looking for an NPI (New Product Introduction) Production Engineer to join an exciting semiconductor manufacturing project in Europe.


Your Challenge

As an NPI Production Engineer, you will play a key role in transferring innovative semiconductor products from the engineering phase into high-volume manufacturing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth production ramp-up while optimizing manufacturing processes, quality, and efficiency.


Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the introduction of new products from engineering into volume production.
  • Define, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and production flows.
  • Monitor production performance by analyzing yield, quality, efficiency, and technical issues.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance manufacturing performance.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure successful industrialization.
  • Support production ramp-up activities and ensure stable, high-quality manufacturing.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field).
  • Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Production Engineering, ASIC Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or the industrialization of complex technical products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset.
  • Experience in a semiconductor, electronics, automotive, medical device, or other high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as SPC and MSA.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in English.
