We are a trusted partner to some of the largest companies across Europe. As part of the continued growth of our teams, ALTEN Belgium is currently looking for a Talent Development Intern for a minimum period of 3 to 6 months, starting in January 2027.
As a Talent Development Intern, you will contribute to key initiatives aimed at supporting the growth, development, and engagement of our consultants. Your responsibilities will include:
Talent Management Support
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of the annual performance review process in Belgium.
Employee Experience Enhancement
- Analyze feedback from employee satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to initiatives designed to enhance the overall employee experience.
Process Automation
- Support the automation of recurring tasks to help streamline day-to-day operations and improve efficiency.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze consultant feedback and follow-up data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare weekly reports on key activities and collaborate with managers to define relevant and actionable next steps.
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Curious, analytical, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working with Excel and Power BI.
- Organized and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
