Data Manager and Engineer

h3Mission Overview /h3 pKeystone Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Manager and Engineer for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves working on the ambitious eDossier modernization program, which aims to enhance data management and engineering within the organization. As a consultant, you will be representing Keystone Solutions while engaging in dynamic projects that offer diverse challenges and opportunities for professional growth. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop master data management and metadata management into a data glossary and data dictionary for the eDossier initiative and the organization. /li liEnsure high-quality and secure data analysis, transitioning from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analysis. /li liManage all activities from data collection to modeling and visualization, addressing the needs of the organization and its stakeholders. /li liFacilitate the migration of current and future data to the Azure Cloud data platform, adhering to established security policies and architecture. /li liImplement solutions to provide stakeholders with understandable, readable, and usable reports and statistical data, utilizing data visualization tools like Power BI. /li liCreate and propose architectural data designs and translate them into actionable implementation points. /li liAssist the organization in enhancing its data maturity and collaborate with stakeholders to develop a data-driven organization. /li liWork within a team of technical and non-technical profiles, effectively communicating with all project stakeholders. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Computer Science from a recognized European institution. /li liContinuous self-education to stay updated on sustainable trends and innovations, focusing on structured and unstructured data management within complex organizations. /li li10+ years of hands-on experience in data management within complex organizations, including: ul li5+ years in master data management and metadata management. /li li5+ years in data quality and data governance. /li li5+ years in data integration and data security. /li li5+ years in predictive and prescriptive data analysis. /li /ul /li li10+ years of hands-on experience in on-prem and cloud data engineering, including: ul li5+ years with data pipelines (workflow automation, batch, and real-time). /li li5+ years in data storage and architecture. /li li3+ years in data migrations from on-prem to cloud environments. /li li5+ years in data collection and processing. /li li3+ years with SAP BO and Power BI as data visualization tools. /li li5+ years in data transformation and integration. /li li3+ years in setting up and using Azure Cloud data platforms. /li li5+ years of experience working within agile teams. /li /ul /li liAbility to propose alternative solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. /li liStrong listening skills, flexible attitude, and effective communication and collaboration abilities. /li liExperience with API design and development, microservices integration, and software design is a plus. /li liKnowledge of event-driven architecture and systems is an advantage. /li liFluency in English and a good command of either Dutch or French is required. /li /ul h3Why Join Keystone Solutions /h3 pAs a consultant at Keystone Solutions, you will experience turbo-charged learning through exposure to various client environments and projects.
