ppA well-capitalised digital infrastructure platform is hiring its first Head of Legal. The business owns and operates passive wireless infrastructure — towers, rooftops and macro sites — leased to mobile network operators under long-dated master agreements. It is backed by a leading specialist infrastructure investor with a long-term hold horizon, and is entering a significant growth phase. /p h3The role /h3 pA standalone, senior mandate reporting into ownership and working alongside an incoming executive team. You will be the legal function: establishing it, running it, and shaping what it becomes as the platform scales. Scope to build a small team. /p pThe work is contract-led and highly operational: /p ul liOwnership of master lease and services agreements with anchor tenants — long-term, schedule-heavy contracts that sit at the centre of the company's value /li liNegotiation of third-party customer and colocation agreements, the primary commercial growth lever /li liBuild-to-suit programmes, contractor arrangements and site-level agreements including ground leases and access rights /li liDay-to-day commercial, corporate and regulatory support /li liCorporate transaction support as the platform expands /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liQualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience gained in-house or in private practice /li liExposure to telecoms towers, fibre, data centres, energy or comparable long-life infrastructure assets is a significant advantage /li liComfortable with construction and build-programme contracting /li liAble to operate independently and close to the commercial team in a lean organisation /li liEnglish is the working language; additional European languages an advantage /li /ul /p
