We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Delivery Governance Consultant to help shape and implement AI-enabled delivery practices across modern IT environments. /p /brpThis assignment focuses on integrating Agentic AI capabilities into software delivery processes, governance frameworks, and project management methodologies while maintaining strong control, quality, security, and compliance standards. /p /brh3Your Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliDefine and implement an Agentic AI operating model within software delivery and IT project environments. /li /brliIdentify opportunities where AI agents can support delivery activities while establishing appropriate human oversight and governance. /li /brliDesign governance frameworks covering roles, responsibilities, decision-making, auditability, access management, and risk control. /li /brliIntegrate Agentic AI practices into Agile and project delivery methodologies. /li /brliDefine how AI can support requirements gathering, user stories, planning, risk management, reporting, traceability, and release preparation. /li /brliDesign AI-enabled delivery flows across architecture, software development, testing, security reviews, documentation, and deployment activities. /li /brliTranslate business and delivery requirements into tooling and integration needs. /li /brliFacilitate workshops with both technical and business stakeholders. /li /brliSupport pilot initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and the scaling of AI-enabled delivery capabilities. /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brliProven senior-level experience in IT governance, project delivery, or software delivery management. /li /brliStrong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project governance frameworks. /li /brliExperience with Generative AI, AI agents, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop governance concepts. /li /brliHands-on experience designing operating models, governance processes, controls, and decision frameworks. /li /brliSolid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, CI/CD, and release management. /li /brliStrong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. /li /brliExperience working with Azure DevOps and modern software engineering practices. /li /brliKnowledge of architecture governance, APIs, integration patterns, and traceability frameworks. /li /brliExperience with AI-assisted software engineering, multi-agent orchestration, LLM governance, or AI observability is considered a strong asset. /li /br /ul /brh3Soft Skills /h3 /brul /brliStrategic and analytical mindset. /li /brliAbility to bridge business and technical stakeholders. /li /brliAutonomous and results-oriented approach. /li /brliComfortable operating in complex enterprise environments. /li /brliStrong facilitation and consultancy skills. /li /br /ul /brh3What\'s on Offer? /h3 /brul /brliLong-term assignment with possible extensions. /li /brliDynamic and innovative project landscape. /li /br /ul
