Key Responsibilities:

• Manage transportation requests and coordinate shipments.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers to optimize costs.
• Source new clients as well as new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers to ensure smooth operations.
• Track shipments and provide customers with timely updates on their status.
• Resolve transport-related issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvements in processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Passion for logistics with a customer mindset.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a freight forwarder or similar role, especially in full/partial loads and the French market.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English
• Strong experience in LTL and FTL
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the will to grow and seek success
• Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive team player eager to learn and grow.
