Fonction As a

Regional Head of Travel, Health, IT & Cyber , you will directly contribute to ensuring the performance, governance, and continuous improvement of operations across Northern Europe.

Within the Operations department, you will work in a

multi-country, transformational and operational environment , driving excellence in service delivery while shaping the future of our Travel, Health, IT & Cyber activities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and execute the regional operational strategy aligned with business objectives

Drive operational performance by managing KPIs, optimizing processes, and controlling costs

Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction across all operations

Lead and develop multi-country teams, fostering collaboration and accountability

Manage key stakeholders and governance across Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and Business Lines

Drive transformation initiatives, including digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement

Build capabilities and develop talent across the region

Profil

Education:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

Experience:

You have 5+ years of experience in operations, including senior leadership roles, ideally within medical assistance, healthcare, or service environments

Skills:

Operational management, process optimization, performance management, transformation and digitalization expertise

Languages:

Fluent in English (C1); additional NE Unit languages are an asset (Dutch, French, German, Italian,)

Soft skills:

Strong leadership, strategic thinking with hands-on execution, stakeholder management, analytical mindset, adaptability and resilience
