Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and guidance for Modern Workplace solutions Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Office 365, Entra ID, and collaboration platforms Act as the technical reference point for complex incidents, changes, and improvement initiatives Support and coach team members on best practices and technical challenges Ensure the stability, consistency, security, and performance of end-user workplace solutions Contribute to technical standards, guidelines, and reference architectures Integrate Modern Workplace services with existing IT systems and infrastructure Support hybrid and remote working initiatives (NWOW/HWOW) Participate in projects through technical reviews, solution design, and implementation support Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures Monitor technology trends and continuously improve workplace solutions Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Architecture or Technology Lead roles Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience with Modern Workplace and End-User Solutions Strong expertise in: Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Entra ID Collaboration and digital workplace solutions Cloud technologies (Azure) Identity, RBAC, endpoint security, and cybersecurity concepts Experience supporting hybrid and remote working environments Experience in project-driven environments, including design reviews and technical decision-making Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to mentor colleagues and transfer technical knowledge Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset Languages Dutch or French: Native or equivalent level Good passive knowledge of the second national language English: Active knowledge Work Conditions Hybrid working model Additional Requirement Candidates should provide a presentation or document outlining their vision of how a modern workplace environment can support hybrid ways of working within a large office building environment.
