/strong Brussels. /pb Zoom on the job: /bulli facilitate workshops to understand business objectives, challenges and opportunities /lili analyse current and future business processes and identify relevant AI and workflow automation use cases /lili estimate solution costs and support business case development /lili collect, analyse, challenge and prioritise business, functional and non-functional requirements /lili document user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, data requirements, controls and expected benefits /lili translate business requirements into solution designs covering agent behaviour, instructions, topics, tools, actions, integrations and user experience /lili configure, test, deploy and maintain agents and automation workflows in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate or other internal AI platforms /lili prepare and execute functional, integration and regression tests /lili coordinate user acceptance testing and resolve defects /lili validate accuracy, permissions, fallback scenarios and expected outcomes /lili collaborate with architecture, platform, security, privacy and data teams to ensure compliance with organisational standards /lili demonstrate solutions, prepare user guidance and support solution rollout /lili monitor adoption, usage and quality metrics /lili gather feedback and manage a prioritised improvement backlog /lili maintain functional and technical documentation, operating procedures and support materials /lili provide support for incidents, changes and ongoing solution maintenance /li /ul Profile b Come as you are, ideally with: /bulli relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience in business analysis, information systems, engineering, automation or a related field /lili at least 5 years of experience combining business or functional analysis with the delivery of digital, low-code or workflow automation solutions in an enterprise environment /lili hands-on experience building, testing and maintaining solutions in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate /lili strong knowledge of workshop facilitation, process analysis, requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, fit-gap analysis and user acceptance testing /lili practical understanding of AI agent concepts including instructions, topics, knowledge grounding, actions, guardrails and human hand-off or escalation patterns /lili ability to understand APIs, authentication, integrations, data flows and solution architecture concepts /lili awareness of security-by-design, privacy, access control, responsible AI, data governance and maintainability principles /lili strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills /lili ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with specialist teams /lili familiarity with concepts such as LLMs, MCP and RAG /lili fluent in English with a good working knowledge of Dutch and/or French and the ability to facilitate workshops and communicate clearly across the organisation /li /ul Offer b What if you became AI Automation Solutions Analyst at Equans? /bpstrong For you this means: /strong /pulli a market rate salary in line with your education and experience /lili interesting training and career opportunities /lili group insurance, hospitalization insurance /lili eco vouchers, meal vouchers, representation allowance, 13th month, holiday pay /lili electrical lease car, charging card, bicycle lease plan /lili smartphone with subscription, internet fee /lili additional paid leave, seniority leave, homeworking /lili discounts through (culture, sports, travel, and more) /li /ul
