JOB DESCRIPTION
Generalist context
- The HR function, the Senior Business Partner is attentive to the needs of the business. He supports managers, employees and directors,.. for which it is the point of reference in anticipating the HR impacts of any project and decision. It is the preferred partner in terms of career support. Finally, it is also a partner in strategy and a facilitator of change.

- The Senior Business Partner will join a team of 12 people and will report directly to the Head of the Business Partnership Department. In his missions, he will rely on the centres of expertise (Talent, Social Relations, Remuneration, Social Assistance,...). MAIN TASKS This is a mission oriented towards the following axes:
- You serve as a relay between the centers of expertise and the business. You are attentive to the needs of managers and employees.
- You support managers in the implementation of HR policies.
- You support employees and ensure that HR rules and procedures are properly applied.
- You aim to optimize the development, performance, motivation and satisfaction of staff.
- You participate in the selection of the best candidates in collaboration with the Talent Department.
- You prepare and participate in various joint meetings.
- You anticipate and ensure proactive social dialogue.
- You promote the implementation of a remarkable employee journey.
- You participate in team meetings of the Departments of your portfolio. You will regularly inform you of HR news. The skills sought and the associated level of seniority can be found in the section below. In terms of soft skills, it is expected:
- Excellent analytical, communication and priority management skills
- Flexibility
- Pragmatism and solution orientation SKILLS
- Knowledge of the world of contact centers
- Knowledge of the energy sector
- Language requirement: Level of French C2 on the European CEFR scale
- Proven experience in the field of social relations and recruitment
- Solid experience as a business partner

- On-site presence 3 days a week
- Very good understanding of HR processes as a whole
- Knowledge of the CP200
