3M Belgium is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes division. You will manage your sales region, handle inquiries and leads, and focus on expanding a defined set of large end-user accounts to drive profitable projects.
You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Application Engineering, and Channel Management to optimize offerings, win rates, and channel coordination, while relentlessly pursuing sales targets in a dynamic industrial market.
