IT Infrastructure Governance Strategy /h3 ul liAssess business and end-user needs, as well as quality, operational, and security requirements. /li liTranslate business requirements into IT solutions and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). /li liDesign, maintain, and continuously improve the local IT infrastructure architecture in alignment with business objectives and Group standards. /li liAdvise management on IT strategy, technology evolution, infrastructure investments, and risk mitigation. /li liMonitor emerging technologies and recommend improvements to systems, services, and operational efficiency. /li liEnsure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, licensing, and corporate requirements. /li /ul h32. Infrastructure Operations Maintenance /h3 ul liDesign, implement, operate, and maintain local IT infrastructure including servers, networks, endpoints, and associated services. /li liEnsure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure. /li liManage backup, recovery, monitoring, and business continuity mechanisms. /li liPerform infrastructure updates, upgrades, patch management, and corrective maintenance activities. /li liMaintain accurate technical documentation, inventory records, system configurations, and operational procedures. /li liEnsure the smooth operation of all IT services, including network services, endpoint management, printing services, e-mail systems, and security tools. /li /ul h34. Cybersecurity Compliance /h3 ul liSupport the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls in accordance with legal, regulatory, customer, and Group requirements. /li liContinuously assess and improve the security posture of systems, applications, and infrastructure. /li liEnsure the effective operation of security solutions, including endpoint protection, access control, monitoring, backup, and recovery systems. /li liContribute to security audits, compliance assessments, and corrective action plans. /li liParticipate in the management of cybersecurity incidents and crisis situations involving complex infrastructure or software issues. /li /ul h3The Successful Applicant /h3 ul liA bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. /li liA minimum of five years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or a comparable role. /li liStrong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory or Entra ID, networking, endpoint management, backup and recovery, virtualization, and infrastructure monitoring. /li liPractical knowledge of cybersecurity controls, vulnerability and patch management, access control, endpoint protection, incident response, and secure infrastructure configuration. /li liExperience providing remote and on-site end-user support and managing incidents, service requests, technical documentation, and SLAs. /li liExperience managing IT suppliers, licenses, assets, procurement activities, and budget-related processes. /li liExperience with ISO 27001 implementation is a strong plus. /li liProven ability to operate independently as a local IT point of contact while collaborating effectively with centralised Group IT functions. /li liStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder-management, and organisational skills. /li liProfessional fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage. /li liWillingness to participate in an on-call rota and provide support outside standard
