Could you be the person who helps shape the safety culture of an entire manufacturing site? If you're happiest out on the production floor, solving problems, improving processes and making a genuine impact on quality, safety and environmental performance, this could be your next career move. You'll join a well-established international manufacturer where QHSE isn't just about maintaining compliance—it's about continuously improving the way people work. You'll work closely with operations, engineering and leadership to create a safer, more efficient and higher-performing manufacturing environment. What you'll enjoy This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to influence every aspect of QHSE across the site. From leading safety initiatives and coordinating ISO audits to driving continuous improvement projects, you'll be trusted to make a real difference. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading workplace safety inspections and supporting a proactive safety culture.
- Coordinating employee training, inductions and occupational health initiatives.
- Supporting ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems and audit activities.
- Investigating incidents, non-conformances and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Monitoring quality and environmental performance while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting regulatory compliance, product stewardship and sustainability initiatives.
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure quality, safety and environmental standards become part of everyday operations. You'll be successful if you have:
- Around 5+ years' experience in a QHSE, SHEQ, HSEQ or EHS role within manufacturing or another industrial environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality or a related discipline, together with Preventieadviseur Level 2 or 3.
- Experience working with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 management systems.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence people across all levels of the business.
- Fluent Dutch and strong English communication skills. Ready to find out more?
