Senior Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant

pWe're looking for a senior functional consultant to standardise Dynamics 365 Field Service processes across international roll-outs. You'll combine hands-on configuration with functional design, balancing global standards and local needs while reducing unnecessary customisation. /ppbWhat you'll do /b /pulliAnalyse and improve end-to-end service processes. /liliConfigure Field Service resources, skills, territories, bookings and scheduling. /liliDesign work order, planning and dispatching processes. /liliChallenge customisation requests with standard Dynamics solutions. /liliDefine global templates with architects, developers and SAP specialists. /liliSupport workshops, testing, UAT, training and go-live. /li /ulpbWhat you bring /b /pulliAt least five years in a functional role, with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience. /liliDeep Dynamics 365 Field Service expertise and Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience. /liliProven experience with Dataverse and configuration of model-driven applications. /liliKnowledge of work orders, resource scheduling, dispatching and service operations. /liliExperience with mobile Dynamics solutions for technicians. /liliStrong business process understanding and functional analysis skills. /liliExperience in international or multi-country Dynamics projects and large-scale international roll-outs. /liliExperience in industrial service or manufacturing. /liliExperience with complex service and distribution networks. /liliSenior stakeholder management skills and the ability to defend standard solutions. /liliThe ability to take ownership and make independent decisions. /liliEnglish, C1. /liliDutch, C1. /li /ulpbNice to have /b /pulliExperience with SAP-integrated environments. /liliKnowledge of global template governance. /li /ul
