Regional Hrbp

A leading Luxury company is looking for a Regional HRBP based in Brussels, Belgium.

Reporting to the Regional HRD, he/she will be responsible for managing all HR matters across the Benelux markets, and ensuring the effective implementation of the HR strategy at regional and local level.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement the HR strategy locally, in line with Global HQ guidelines
• Oversee HR activities across the region, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, HR Administration, CSR, and Health & Safety
• Provide HR support and guidance to management across the Benelux markets
• Manage and develop a Junior HR professional

Desired profile:

• University degree or higher education in Human Resources or a related field
• Previous experience as an HR Manager or HRBP in Belgium is essential
• International experience would be a strong advantage
• Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and xirbnpk English is essential;
  French would be a plus
• Previous experience in the Luxury or Retail industry would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Contract: Permanent, full-time
